How do I place an order? Orders can be placed via e-mail or using the order page form.  If you have any special requests, please e-mail angel first. 

How do I pay for my order? At the present time, accepted forms of payment are credit cards (via PAYPAL which is free for buyers) as well as checks and money orders. You will receive an invoice via e-mail within 24 hours of submitting your order with payment address. You do not have to have a PayPal account to pay with a credit card and it's a secure third party site.

How much does shipping cost? Bags ship for $5 (for the first) plus $2 for each additional. Jewelry ships for a flat rate of $5 regardless of the number of items that are ordered. These rates are for US destinations only; please email angel for international shipping rates to your location.

How long will my order take to be completed? Although most items can be made in 2-3 weeks, please allow 3-4 weeks for your item to be shipped. Order time may also be affected by the fabric you choose, as some fabrics are special order.  If you need your item within a certain time frame, please let me know prior to ordering.

What if I don't like the item after I receive it? Unless there is defective workmanship evident,  all items are final sale (especially personalized items). If you have any further questions regarding this matter,  just e-mail me.

I have noticed you have some designs like the train and the ballet slippers that you've embroidered, but I don't see them listed anywhere on the site.  What other designs can you add?  I can add a vast assortment of custom designs, just let me know what you're looking for.  I can e-mail you the image prior to embroidering it for your approval.  Additional embroidery designs start at $8 and vary based on the complexity of the design.
